Soundmind Inspiration began with a vision from its Visionaries Kendrick & Me’Lonnie Walker to embark a positive change within the lives of people. They decided to inspire others to realize their dreams. At times, the journey would be difficult, but they kept pressing forward. 

 

With a desire to create music, Me'Lonnie took the first step as she was inspired to develop an independent record label. While facing many personal experiences, she began to devote herself to prayer and reading the Word of God, which resulted in the company name, SoundMind, in April 2012. The next step was taken by Kendrick as he became motivated not only by his faith but his determination to minister to others through his testimony. ​His motivation lead to the birthing of his upcoming book, "Failures of a Boy, Triumphs of a Man". Kendrick's motivation is also the inspiration behind the idea of Soundmind becoming a publishing company.

 
The Walkers are known to be a multifaceted couple and Soundmind is looking forward to making many efforts that will impact the masses, including hosting and participating in concerts, forums, and conferences, producing apparel, creating helpful material for personal and commercial use, TV shows, webinars, and much more!
